Hardwood Creations is excited to announce our participation in another beautiful Southern California project!

This year Heritage Pacific Homes opened Panarama Ridge II, an exclusive community influenced by European country architecture in Oceanside.

Panarama Ridge II features three model homes and an array of stair designs including over the post systems, volute fittings, and pre-powder coated wrought iron.

The plan three features our "Cambridge" series wrought iron finished in satin black. All of our wrought iron is installed pre-powder coated, which greatly simplifies field coordination and allows homebuilders to receive a credit from their painter.

Along with volute fittings and unique wrought iron styles, simple touches such as open treads, skirtboards, and kickboards can make a nice looking stair spectacular, and create the custom feel desired by today's home buyer.
