This year William Lyon Homes unveiled Marquis in Moorepark’s luxury community, Meridian Hills.

One of two beautiful William Lyon Signature neighborhoods offered in Meridian Hills, Marquis features four model homes and an array of stair designs including custom newels and pre-powder coated wrought iron balcony panels.

Our large custom turned starting newels enhance the majestic appearance of traditional wood systems as well as wrought iron systems.

Our custom pre-powder coated wrought iron balcony panels make a wonderful compliment to any traditional wrought iron system.
