The custom home accents an array of stair designs including large recessed panel box newels, full white oak treads, and full skirting.

"230 Poinsettia" is highlighted by its unique roof top access allowing for exceptional coastal views.

Brightwater in Huntington Beach is the newest address for Southern California coastal living at its best, and "The Sands" and "The Trails" are a showcase of design excellence.
